Waste processing

Waste processing lines are used for a waste processing and allow to separate or prepare the waste for further processing.

The first type of lines is a food processing line. The waste is carried into a collecting pit and separated from inconvenient additions especially metal and afterward the waste is grinded in a grinder. Then, a food waste is treated by heat in a tank and finally may be used to produce biogas at a biogas station.

The control system ensures control of conveyors and indicates metal presence, then it controls the grinder and transfers to a pasteurizer, where does a heating and keeps temperature during pasterization.

The system operation is possible to be done by a local operator panel.

Field instrumentation consists of, both simple sensors (pressure, temperatures) connected to the system via/through I/O.
